It’s time to announce the Iron Eagle Island Albryniaðr Leika (Armored Olympics) that will be held at Crown War!

In these epic contests of strength, speed, wit, and agility, contestants will be pushed to their limits as they compete against one another in four separate events for the chance to become the Albryniaðr Leika Vinna!

Archery

Got what it takes to shoot a bow? How about in armor? We will be starting with our first event, archery. It will begin two hours after high noon (that’s 2pm for the savages). With each success, it'll only get harder. Each event will follow accordingly after this event.

4-Way Tug of War

It might just take more than strength to win this one. In this 4 way tug-of-war, you will have to not only be strong enough to out match your opponent behind you, but also wise enough to not let your guard down on your sides. But be prepared, a single one-on-one is still a possibility.

Sumo Wrestling

Now that you are good and warmed up, how about a little sumo wrestling? That’s right, SUMO! You can roll around in the dirt somewhere else in your armor if you’d like, but here we’re doing sumo wrestling. Bull rush, push, and feint your opponent to victory!

Final Forest Gauntlet

We’ve saved the best for last, which could win you a Wind of War token, and will be held in the woods. This gauntlet will have you jumping hay bales, showing feats of strength, and even shooting bows. Now in order to participate in this final event, you must have competed in all previous events. Can’t have any of you coming in fresh on us.
