The handfasting will be September 28th at The Mill in Bellingham, and the time of the handfasting will be somewhere around 4 p.m. Looking forward to seeing you!
There is camping for the weekend and I am hoping people will come out with their encampments Friday. I will be attempting to organize a Rapier demonstration or competition, a heavy fighting demonstration or competition, and a Bard demonstration or competition. I want to have it feel like a medieval weekend SCA Style Gathering…hopefully including a medieval drag show!
Gate
Gate opens on Friday, September 27th at 1:00pm.
There is no charge for the event.
The site closes on Sunday, September 29th at 4:00pm. The event site should be cleared by this time.
Parking

The event organizers are asking folks to carpool wherever and whenever possible.
Other Information
This is a camping event. Please bring your medieval camping gear if you have it!
There is no pre-registration for the event, as there is no charge. But please RSVP to the event on Facebook (find button above).
Food will be handled pot-luck style. Bring something to share! Please label your contributions in case anyone has allergies/restrictions. What it is, who brought it, and common allergy call-outs are appreciated (wheat/gluten, peanut, soy, dairy, egg, etc.)
Biffies will be onsite.
This event has a strict pack-it-in-pack-it-out policy. Count on there being no dumpster/recycling facilities onsite for participant use.
