  • Site fee (cost at gate)*

  • Total adults attending

  • Total minors attending

  • Gate collection (total gate revenue)*

  • Donations*

  • Site rental*

  • Feast expense*

  • Marketing expenses*

  • Portable toilets*

  • Banquet license or other fees*

  • Entertainment expenses*

  • Other expenses, explained*

  • Total incomes*

  • Total expenses*

  • Net proceeds*

  • Contribution to Crown and Corporate (25% of net proceeds, 37.5% if Crown event)*

  • Method of disbursement to Crown Chamberlain*

When to Use This Form

Anyone who runs an EMP event must complete this form at the conclusion of their event.

Why This Information Is Needed

All Kingdom of Ardesca events — whether Crown or Branch level — must report their event and financial results to the Royal Chamberlain and to the EMP’s corporate entity.

If profitable, the EMP’s share must be recorded and paid by the hosting Branch(es) out of the income generated from the event.
