Why This Information Is Needed

The history of the Kingdom of Ardesca is a rich one, and it deserves to be recorded. The Office of the Royal Chronicler is tasked with maintaining a record of our living history. One of the pieces of our history that changes the most often are the awards that are bestowed upon our Citizens for their noble accomplishments. These awards are given out at many different events, from Kingdom-level to Branch-level events, and our Historians can’t be present to all of them. Filing this survey whenever there is an award given helps the Royal Chronicler ensure the the history of your branch is accurate.

In addition, occasionally some components of an award are not ready to be given over at the time the award is recognized (a scroll, or necklace/pendant, for example). This form assists with keeping a record of when that happens so these things can be followed-up upon.
