We are but a simple 13th century Gallowglass settlement located in the western isles of Scotland, and we come before you today, our heads high, to submit this petition for charter into your great kingdom.
We are a people who strive to live by ideals of:
Peace thru strength
Valor thru courage
Victory through brotherhood
A land where fighters and farmers, merchants and makers, tinkers and drinkers, may all find refuge under the banner of the Ox and Hound. A haven free of oppressive politics and easily weaponized policies to be used as tools of oppression by an elite few over the masses.
Where any who proudly wear the green and gold mastand as equal to his neighbor. Where the bonds of brotherhood and fellowship overshadow shallow personal ambitions.
The values we bring to the table are the strength of our arms in time of war, the skill of our hands in time of peace, and our hospitality in time of want.
Set under my hand this day,
Walter Fitz-Alan, Lord Marshal of Edland.
