To bring the depth of cultural richness often overlooked by “westerners” in the realms of song, dance, music, trade, shenanigans, and martial skills. This is assisted by the sharing of philosophies stemming from cultural and social staples found within the pillars of the various codes of conduct such as Bushido, Wudang Taoism, Hinduism, Zhaoism, and Buddhism.
Our focus is to explore. We want to explore the world around us, to see new things, new places, and to meet new people. We seek to learn all we can and adapt those ideas to our own needs and desires and, ultimately, share them with others in the Wokou way. We will explore craftsmanship, education, dance, music and song, martial styles, and everything else of interest.
